There are many ways you can help – coming to play with kittens, transporting them and fostering them in your home. Or you may like to join our team of fundraisers, help make crafts for market stalls or help out with admin.

Events

Our events team promotes TKC at markets across the Silver Coast and runs a big fundraising event every year.

Crafts

The crafting team members make cute items for our market stalls, either in a fun group or at home.

TNR

If you’d like to work with our trapping team in the Peniche area, whether trapping or with transport, we’d love to have you help.

Drivers/vet transports

We really need help from people to pick up cats from fosters without cars and bring them to the vet or our Peniche adoption centre.

Learning TNR

If you’re interested in learning how to do trap, neuter, return, we suggest you sign up for the Neighborhood Cats online course. These are held monthly and cost US$10. Their experts will teach you how to safely and effectively get your colony cats caught and sterilised.

Adoptions from foster homes

Adopted kittens will sometimes go directly from you to their forever home. Here’s the form that must be filled in by adopters. You will have been given the password and adoption process information separately.
